KC grew up in California all of his life, starting in San Diego and moving up the coast to the Inland Empire. KC went to Canyon Springs High School in Moreno Valley and earned his BA from the University Of California, Riverside.
After working at both Carl’s Jr. and Target, KC realized retail was not for him. He had always pictured himself entertaining people (in one way or another), and jumped at the chance to do radio full time. KC had been working at a college radio station (88.3 KUCR) on a program called Soul on Sunday when he was given the opportunity to host middays 10:00am-3:00pm on 99.1 KGGI — a job he truly enjoys. While he finds radio rewarding, KC loves to DJ & MC events because he loves to see people having a great time.
KC has been a memorable part of Soundskilz Entertainment for the past ten years. He is a crowd pleaser because he knows how to read the event and find the right style of music to get everyone on the dance floor.
